I am a commercially focused Project Surveyor experienced in delivering public and private sector projects across residential, education, blue light, commercial and heritage sectors. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management and I am currently on the RICS APC pathway to Chartership.

Having spent over a decade with an SME contractor, I bring first-hand experience of how decisions on site can affect cost, risk and programme. My contractor-side insight helps clients understand the realities of delivery, interrogate costs and spot opportunities early.

I’m particularly focused on building collaborative relationships across the whole supply chain – from clients and design teams to contractors and suppliers – to align expectations, manage risk and change successfully, and achieve client objectives.

I live in the beautiful Brecon Beacons where I enjoy hiking and playing as a defender for Talgarth Ladies FC. I bring the same calm, organised and stubbornly determined approach to the back line as I do to managing performance on projects.
