David Cole

David joined our team earlier this year, bringing experience from subcontracting, main contracting and consultancy. This gives him a well-rounded understanding of both the commercial and contractual aspects of project delivery.

His experience spans infrastructure, rail and utilities, alongside new-build and refurbishment projects in healthcare, student accommodation and education. He has worked on projects ranging from under £100,000 to major schemes valued at more than £180 million.

David holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management and is an accredited NEC4 Project Manager. He is also working towards chartered status through the RICS Quantity Surveying and Construction pathway.

David is enjoying the variety of work at Glyndwr Consulting and getting back to the core of quantity surveying. He particularly enjoys reviewing costs, identifying efficiencies and finding ways to deliver better value for our clients.

Outside work, David enjoys keeping fit and challenging himself. Having recently completed both a marathon and a half Ironman, he already has plenty more goals on the horizon.
