Net Zero & Decarbonisation

Cost management for net zero projects

Glyndwr Consulting provides independent cost management for decarbonisation and net zero projects across Cardiff, South Wales and the South West. From LED lighting upgrades to Net Zero Carbon in Operation schools, we help clients plan, fund and deliver low carbon buildings with confidence.

How we help

Decarbonisation projects bring new technology, tight funding windows and live buildings. We give clients clear cost advice at every stage so carbon targets and budgets line up.

Decarbonisation cost planning

Early cost advice and cost plans for retrofit, fabric upgrades, LED lighting, heat pumps and renewables, so options can be compared on cost as well as carbon.

Whole life costing

Lifecycle cost analysis that looks beyond capital cost to energy, maintenance and replacement, helping clients choose the option that gives best value over the life of the building.

Funding and business cases

Robust cost inputs for funding bids and business cases, giving funders and boards the confidence to approve investment.

Project monitoring

Independent monitoring of cost, programme and risk on behalf of funders and clients, with clear reporting through to completion.

Our commitment

10 trees for every new project

We partner with Tree-Nation to offset our company and website CO2 usage. We have also committed to plant a minimum of 10 trees for every new project we take on.

Our forest is still at an early stage. The counters update live, so check back to see how it is growing.
