I’m a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience delivering commercial, residential, health, blue light, housing, and education projects across Wales and the UK. I act as both Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor, on projects ranging from £100k to in excess of £100M, supporting clients through every stage of the project lifecycle- from initial feasibility and procurement through to delivery, cost control, and final account.
Beyond my professional role, I’m passionate about the development of the surveying profession. I re-established the RICS Matrics South Wales committee, going on to serve as Local Chair, then Regional Chair of RICS Matrics Wales, and subsequently Regional Chair for RICS Matrics Wales and the South West of England- overseeing four committees and representing more than 8,000 members. I now serve as Chair of the RICS Wales World Regional Board, helping to shape the profession’s strategy and engagement across the region.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, taking my dog on walks, and when I get the chance- settling in for an afternoon on the PlayStation.
