Improving Student Residential Services across Wales

The project consists of MEWP and rope access re-cladding works to the main block front, rear and side elevations. Although the building was designed and constructed in accordance with building regulations the client deemed it prudent to install non-combustible insulation to obtain EWS1 compliance.

Key Challenges:

·         complexities arising from party wall, boundary or access agreements
