About the project
A major redevelopment of Coleg Sir Gâr’s Pibwrlwyd Campus, procured through WEPCo. The new buildings will house construction, catering and creative arts, building on the college’s role as a WorldSkills Centre of Excellence.
Around 2,385 learners will use the campus, ranging from school-age students to apprentices, degree students and adults returning to learning. Local businesses and the wider community will also be able to use the facilities.
The existing buildings will be cleared and the site landscaped once the new campus is in use. The scheme is around 14,857 m² and is due to open in 2029.
